How would you make it private without access for the mentees. Then someone would have to remove their access after they were no longer mentees. Sounds a little cumbersome to be honest.
I guess we could give you a forum with Mod powers so you could delete posts that were not productive to your training?

I don't see why it needs to be private when you can moderate it. Unless there's some super duper secret stuff you want going down? Having it public increases transparency and increases the chance that other people might step up and join the program (either as a mentor or a mentee)

First of all some of my mentees dont want their shit out in the open.
2nd i dont feel like everyone reading the shit i tell my mentees. if they want in they can pm me, if not they can stay out.
