Niko, you may be a big SotS fan but that won't mean anything when your planets burn, I crush your fleets, see them driven before me and hear the lamentation of your women.
I'm definitely in for a Multiplayer supremacy match but I'll be a few days late getting it.

Most of my opponents don't reach that Tech phase unless I allow them to. Of course in SotS 2 it might be earlier in the tech tree. Besides I'm simply stating that I will be the pinnacle of universal supremacy and that the rest of you should figure out your pecking order. You know, so I don't have to bother interfering in border disputes and other trivial things. |

Hiver certainly were annoying but again with the Rate that Human empires expand a Hiver player has way less worlds.
Also Zuul was my secondary and I can;t wait to see what they've done with the Slaver ships

Liir tech costs are lower than the other races in many techs. It's not only the tech bonuses brn, don't be a n00b pl0x. (btw missiles sucks ass vs pd) |

You sir, have never fought a player using the gate system for MAXIMUM EFFECTIVENESS! Slow start, sure, but no other faction will be bringing reinforcements up to the frontline at the speed hivers can, and they have the best lategame travel tech in the game (Teleport drives, lol) Also, Liir get more tech options to if I remembe right, that helps a lot... also, missiles... AI not using PD's and shields properly again?  |

I never played the AI.
Also, you gotta be lucky enough to have access to PD(they said they fixed that for core techs in SotS 2) I'm not advocating an all Missile ship fleet but they certainly add to the long range standoff capabilities against people who don't have dedicated ships to deal with it.
Also Humans have access to the most irritating tech. Node Missiles. I was just bummed out you could never combine your Bio weapon reseach and Node missiles to from Bio Node missiles. Those would be unstoppable

Liir have the highest tech chances, the most energy to tech conversion rate and the lowest tech cost on many techs.
They have a 95% chance to get pd.
