Everyone gets some dick slack. If we banned everyone for that we'd have no active devs and no active members. There is however a line in the sand that cannot be crossed. You simply reach that line further when you use racism or direct and abhorrent personal insults.

No one can possibly deny keeps crossed the line, far too many times to keep count. He had it coming. I don't think anyone comes even close to keeps in terms of the # of forum guideline violations.
