First, flank with BARs or Zooks while other distracts.
Second, suicide rush PAK, kill PaK, kill P4 with M10, steal PaK with remains of Zooks leaving 1 guy with zook to cap, BAR squad hides in cover and claims victory. Or something like that.

Actually, in the first one, charge with M10 flanking the ATG, kill ATG, then kill HMG with M10. Rifles move up unhindered and M10 repairs.
Second, you aren't going to stop 2 squads from kill your PAK unless you run the PAK away and try to block with the P4, in that scenario the M10 can kill off the P4 no problems. Or just flank again to force the PAK to rotate to face it, while you have it shoot the P4. P4 will lose, M10 can then kill PAK.

you also have team mates

The key is definitely in the the fact that roflemen absolutely rely on upgrades to best other infantry. With axis you can have a squad viable against both armor and infantry making your infantry very easy to support.
With allies your infantry needs to be supported by both additional AI and additional AT at all times or it can easily get rofle powned.
With axis your shrek squad backed by an AI unit now has a well rounded two unit set that can handle fairly well either AI or AT.
The way I see it the problem is more that axis units can cover all their bases with fewer units in a group.
While allies require a more complex set of support to start being effective.

A single Schrek/LMG squad can be killed by a single M10 or M18 so easily.
You need to have 2 squads per vehicle to fight them.
