Probably as a commander trait.
Commander traits will be replacing the advantages screen - so you can choose all sorts of 'buffs' to how your company is/can be made, or get direct in game buffs of some sort.
Think of it as a MMORPG character progression - but with the abilities coming from warmap cards, not a set character class.
