Cannot launch the game but launcher still works *FIXED*

I tried real hard to fix this,

I tested it by going on 3 games and pushing the launch button all failed with my RELICCOH.exe opening for 1 second and then closing it self,

after that i made a shortcut to see if i could even open europe in ruins, doesnt seem to work, closes it self like it did when i pressed the launch button.

I tried restarting, and reinstalling the mod, still doesnt work for me

Is there anyway to fix this issue?
