Yeah, in my opinion, the main reason to take this T4 is the KT as it buffs some of the things that tank -really- needs help with (turrent rotation, acceleration).

I agree with the slight splash buff to the ability in general, and would love to see the elite criticals part "fixed" somehow (perhaps if possible simply removing the annoying risk of frontal criticals, or failing that, simply removing that part and changing it to buff either speed or damage received resistance).
