EIR Launcher

when i try downloading it messes up when it gets to the EIR launcher... any help?

well it starts downloading, and when it gets to the point for the EIR Launcher it says "error opening file for writing" and then the launcher file and it asks me to abort, retry, or ignore

Hmm... thats a standard windows dialog box... I'll try to find out what can cause it.
