I got started working on a map. I tested it today, it works fine and all. However, iafter playing it, i try to open my file again (to modify it using world builder) then BANG!, i get this warning message saying it cannot locate the mod for that file. Is there any way for me to get this file back? Also, i was wondering if the only capturable points are strat points or is there going to be mun/fuel points also? UPDATE: v0.6Version 0.6 of the file should be here: http://files.filefront.com/2p_Crossroadv6rar/;7145690;/fileinfo.html UPDATE: v0.65 Version 0.65 can be found here http://files.filefront.com/2p_Crossroadv65rar/;7153439;/fileinfo.htmlChanges: added a few splats and objects: UPDATE: v0.90 Actual release of the map: http://files.filefront.com/2p_Crossroadv9rar/;7243784;/fileinfo.htmlEnjoy, and don't forget to test the map. Added: a small hill, more splats, vehicles wrecks here and there as well as bushes. [attachment deleted by admin]

There's no map points used for EiR, so when making a map you only need to divide it into sectors with strat point.
As for that error message, you'll need to gather additional information, else I can't really help you unfortunately!

after much fooling around with most of the controls, the real work actually started. Here are a few screenies:
I haven't worked on too many details yet, as i started the map just last night. I'll keep you posted on the development.

No, you can place them, but I remove them in the startup code.

All you need is a starting position (the grey HQ) assigned to players, an infantry entry point and a starting point for both players.
You can even hide the starting positions somewhere on the map in a forest or wherever you want since they won't be displayed ingame. The other two points are best placed on a road as they are the point units arrive from and retreat to.

What's a starting point? I managed to put a map entry point, and the hq for both players (starting positions). Maybe what you're refering as starting point is the player's HQ?
Also, i would like to know how to change the size of sectors. Because i change their area, then save, and when i reload, their size have went back to their default positions...

I just need to add a few more details here and there, get rid of that sector problem and i'll be ready to hand in the map for testing. Just another question, how do i make a building dammaged from the start?

select the building edit state -> adddamage (or buildingdamage, whatever) -> double click it in the menu -> sphere then play around with the sphere by moving it back and forth, up and down, left and right to get what you want to show up damaged
