Autoupdater stuck

I have the Steam version of CoH and I recently installed EiR.

Unfortunately, I have an issue. The autoupdater gets stuck when downloading "8P_St_Mere_Eglise.sga", and the second bar is stuck on "Download starting", with the bar being full.

run it in admin mode, restart pc
