Other games do this. Starport to name one.
Make it so reward units are only issued from donations. 5 reward points for every 10 dollars donated or whatever the ratio you decide on.

This game isnt for trolling of cash. Reward units are not going to be purchasable via RPs soon anyway. It was merely to test these units. |
