I've always wished that everybody in society would act mature and respectful to one another, as EVERYONE would be happier that way, and it has frustrated me to no end how society actually is: people going out of their way to make other people less happy, for no logical reason. However, I haven't upheld my own standard too well - whenever somebody acts like an immature child towards myself or someone else, I tend to rage at them pretty hard. Today I've decided - no longer. I'm going to do my best to treat everyone nicely and with respect, no matter how they're behaving. It'd be nice if I could set an example that other people would follow, but at the very least I'd like to meet my own standards for what society should be like. I figured I'd make this post both to encourage other people to act mature - not trolling others, not raging at them, not making drama, not being mean to them for any reason, and to make my standard for myself public, so that I don't fall into the temptation to rage, knowing that the community expects better from me.

Often times there is a logical reason. Usually you will have to look no further than money.

That's just it - I don't feel like being nice is a waste of time. I think it's something worth trying to be. Getting angry and insulting people is easy, but it doesn't make either person involved more happy.

the best thing to do, is not to stoop down to thier lvl, if they are getting mad and screaming, dont act like them, prove your better then them. ANYWAYS

Its best to be so impeccable ingame that they dodge and fear you and have to "battle" you on the forums and feels so unwelcome that they can't be on EIRR ventrilo
