Well the passive sprint is Alot more powerfull when you use it for not only do you run around at Sprint speed in Friendly terr but you can even Sprint in Enemy terr with no cooldown.

Allso its super awesome on ACs.

Just fix it for when you are in friendly Terr you get a special ability to sprint but it dose nothing, guess it was by mistake made a select ability(or by Intent to nerf it) and by doing so made it both non passive and removed the sprint ability from its use.
