Will it be possible once EIR is in OF, that you can give commandos bren guns? Or does that involve serious code altering?

For some reason, I think that commandos with Stens and ninja smoke are powerful enough as it is. Though ninja smoke is just awesome.

Also, I'm pretty sure that the devs want to stick to the vCOH units/counterparts as closely as possible. Rangers are the exception for EIR; since bazookas cost munitions in EIR, vanilla Rangers were stripped of bazookas. which were made into a separate upgrade.

Or KCH body armor?
I was playing yesterday and me and some friends were screwing around and I sent in two half dead squads with three men and an almost dead squad with two men to die, and ended up beating his four squads of thompson Rangers. o_O

Dont worry about Body Armor, there will probably some kind of it in EiR. But we also want to keep it historical correct somehow.
The rest was already said by acker.

Edit: Nevermind. The US used flak jackets, not Kevlar. Kevlar was Korean War.

Mostly Cotton with a steel plate inside of it.

Flak Jackets were NOT worn by front line Infantry, nor was it ever worn by troops on the ground. It was far to bulky and heavy to make a solider an effective fighter, it was only used for a short time by RAF bomber crews and US Navy personnel.

If Flak jackets appear in EiR, you might as well start adding in random shit. I mean, we want to keep some sense of realism right?
