If Israel invades Iran there would prob not be much other reasons for doing so considering how insanely costly it would be for Israel. A country screaming for the destruction of Israel with nukes on their hands? Yeha doesn't sound like something they would accept. |

Would not be the first time that Isreal attacks a regim which is close to get nuclear wapeons.
~30 Years ago France supported Afghanistan with the development of nuclear reactors for energy generation but alltough the nuclear
power commission lie to the goverment and provided nuclear material for nuclear bombs. (In this time Afghanistan was reign by a Pro-American
goverment so this was no big deal)
America wanted to sell some F-17 fighter-bomber to this goverment, but with the time the goverment become Anti-American and so they sell them
to Israel which destroyed the nuclear constructions with this bomber.

Not to mention that even if they were building a weapon (again, there is no hard evidence to support this, even the Pentagon says this), they'd still be a couple of years of at the least. (Which buys enough time for diplomatic efforts)
In the end, Iran is no more eligible to have nuclear weapons than Israel, Israel kind of brought this on to itself by being the first country in the region with nukes. It's not surprising that one country having nukes in a region results in many more countries aspiring to be on equal footing again. Israel should give up its nukes, something it will never do unfortunately.
