Once we get to that week where everyone one gets a lvl 9 account, what happens after? does it restart back to lvl 1? or do we go back to starting our accounts at lvl 5?

no,new guys still get lv1 acc's. Only old dogs who made acc's after the wipe will have lv 9's .

so what happens in 1-2 weeks,you restart everything again? Because after that,everyone who made acc after wipe will be lv9,and all new guys who make their acc now,have lv1 from what I see.

The longest period of time any account stays at level 1 is 7 days. Every Monday they are brought up to date. If I remember, they are brought up to date more often. |

then my bad,I thought that you only get 1 level up each week,didnt know that you instantly get to the level each other coy's are in a week(meaning from lv1 to lv8 this week).
