We are looking for a few more people to join the Europe in Ruins Balance Team. Individuals interested should have the following:
- Strong understanding of COH mechanics
- Play Europe in Ruins competitively
- Strong understanding of balance and the meta-game
- Fairly unbiased perspective of the game
- Good attitude, respectful, and appreciative of the processes in place

I can't really speak for PQ, but the current BT is awesome. I spent months reading archived posts throughout the entire dev lobby when I first got access. Just ask unknown, I would piss him off by quoting shit 2 years old........lol That being said, this current balance team works very well together. No e-peens, no walls of text, no endless pages of theory crafting, and no rages when there is disagreement. Everyone appears to work well with others and there is decent productivity. This would need to be confirmed by PQ, but there appears to be a few members that are starting to be getting bored or loosing interest, so it is best to replace them with some new blood. I think it's great to always keep a fresh perspective.......... |

I could never do it because I can't do that corsix sdklfekhfl whatever stuff. I mainly try to represent the "average joe" playing the mod. When I post on some balance forums, it's based on my own experience in playing the mod... but that's it. I'd rather keep it at that.

I didn't even bother downloading corsix and I was on the BT for a while. It's more about gameplay experience and metagame knowledge more than anything else, or at least it was to me  . |

Having corsix is a waste of time if you have no idea how everything is connected or effects each other. We often see people quoting shit from corsix that is incorrect because of other tables etc.
There are two people in the Balance forums that are very good at the numbers and how they work. The Balance team relies on them to provide the fine details. The others provide game experience.
