Help, I Started my company with the wrong username

I entered the wrong username in as my EIRR compnay name. It does not match my CoH profile name and I cant create the profile because the name that i entered as my company name is actually in use as a  CoH profile by someone else.

How do I reenter my EIRR company name or delete it or whatever to be able to type the correct CoH profile name that belongs to me?

You can have several companies in the launcher.

Click the + sign to add a new one.

You can log in to any profile and go to PROFILE tab, then select DELETE profile. It will be gone forever.

This info is also in the tutorials I imagine. Be sure to check them out so you are rdy for it.

First off this is my sons account on a different CoH cdKey.  I have and account also and have been playing, and love the game.
Please let me clarify what you posted.  When you stated: You can have several companies in the launcher  Do you mean many companies by a different name? becuase on my account it only duplicates the same profile name when  you click the plus sign.

Next you stated: You can log in to any profile and go to PROFILE tab, then select DELETE profile. It will be gone forever.  which profile are you refering the profiles in CoH or in EIRR.  My problem exhists in EIRR, not being able to change the initial profile/company name i put in next to the plus sign. can this be changed?

Check the link previous post. Last time I checked you could click the plus sign and enter a different name. It has been a while so might have changed. In that case, someone else has to answer your question. Maybe hit backspace?

2nd part Im talking about being able to delete the armies/companies you made, with the plus sign, in EIR launcher. Log in to your army, go to profile tab, delete profile (this is all in eir launcher). Then you should be able to start all over by remaking your very first profile/relic online name, by hitting the plus sign.

Ok, so clarify a few terms here first:

Forum Name: That is the name you use and register for the forums. In your case, it is Andrew2000

The next step is you need to register for the launcher by clicking the big red letters to the side of this screen
Register for the launcher

The name you register there should be the same name as displayed in the forums. In your case it will be Andrew2000

This is your Launcher profile name - Andrew2000

Now you create your battalions. You can have up to 10 battalions and you can name them anything you want. However, what ever that name is must be the exact same name you use in Company of heroes. I suggest trying to make the CoH name first to ensure it is available.
Then come back tot he launcher and create that battalion.

The Battalion name is what will display in the launcher. However, when you hover your mouse over that name, it will show what your forum name is (in your case Andrew2000)
