Like Ive mentioned, multiply the territory VP by players per side.
In this example the ACTUAL difference is:
Terr VP = 23700 vs 5625
Inflicted VP = 28092 vs 26984
Which adds up to:
51792 vs 32609
Which is a difference of 19183 - definately an overwhelming....
