For instance, the Axis just took an MP sector.  So I was -545 in MP.  So I took 3 rifle squads out, to get back to +55 MP.  However, after hitting accept changes, it only removed one.  I then removed the 2 that were left, accept changes, now 1 more removed.  Finally one more time to remove the 3rd squad.  Basically if your company has to lose units to territory loss, you only remove one at a time per time hitting accept changes.

I encountered this before. I wouldn't say just yet that it has to do with the sector being overtaken though.

Just move all your shit you don't want into the holding zone. Works fine without duplicating.
