Well I will agree with the trailer being kind of dumb but it's pointing out the new main feature which is having a more human element to it. Read the whole article and you'll see how epic this could potentialy be. Each solider having extreme detail, commanders giving out orders, and things along that line when you zoom in. Sound's pretty epic to me, but we'll just have to see if they can pull it off. I just hope they have the mass variety of units that Rome offered as the lack of units in showgun made it become dull rather fast. Plus, in room you coul slaughter the whole populace which I loved being an evil bastard.

I loved the way they did Shogun 2's multiplayer. They structured it like EiR but with graphics. The only time they kinda botched it was with Fall of the Samurai. It was hard for classic armies to win but it was a lot of fun using melee armies to crush gunpowder armies. |

i loved it, got to top 400, then got bored as you only play vs the same army over and over and there was always op shit so i gave up with it.

then loan sword matchlock
then monks

someone didnt read it. christmas 2013 ROOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMEEEEE TOTAL WARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR I actually recently pulled out my rome total war and playing Julii on veryhard/veryhard. fucken Brutii have grown so fast cuz of bloody greece territories being so close together. Scipii sucks more then ever. Got Gaul and germania with Brutii taking Austria. Making a 2nd legion so i can push into spain, increasing my legions to take territories in western russia and making an invasion fleet to take britannia. Its turned into a race against Brutii in taking as much land as possible before they get any ideas. Suffice to say, they got 10x more armies then me  oh and egypt took the middle east with pontus defending itself in asia minor |
