So while I can read most rgd shite now, I'm still wondering how some of these things stack, lets take a vet 4 command tank as an example...

Hull Down - 0.75 Received Penetration
Vet 3 - 0.8 Received Penetration
Vet 4 - 0.8 Received Penetration
= 0.35

Hull Down - 0.75 Received Damage
Vet 1 - 0.85 Received Damage
Vet 2 - 0.85 Received Damage
= 0.45

Is it that simple, or do they stack for diminishing returns like below?

Pen = 0.48
Dmg = 0.54

Guess what I'm asking is if they are applied together or seperatly?

(CCT get horribly tough either way, can hardly be called crom armor anymore lol)

Actually, another question, PIV has about 1.02 to penetrate a crom at long range with the base value, this would get cut straight down to 0.5 with if the vet 4 CCT was hulled down correct? Also, the Pak would only have about a 0.44ish chance? Do I have these numbers somewhat correct?

Because you have used Vet in your example:

Please be aware that the veterancy tables are not correct and are currently under review. There will be changes coming.

Yup, was released to early tank I know that, the CCT just made for a good example here as it has both kinds of stacking buffs together with hulldown  Smiley
I mean seriously, anyone with half a brain could figure out that something is wrong when M10's get -20% received penetration, lol  Wink

But -20% received penetration will not change anything because the most guns have a penetration modifier against a M10 which is clearly bigger then
1, which means that it will still get penetrated.

You will only see a slighty difference from a 50mm Puma or AT-HT and similiar wapeons.
