Infantry can throw handgrenades out of buildings

Sometimes this doesn't work and I presume it is because the guy who is supposed to throw it is on a wrong window. Is there anyway possible to fix it so that it is always thrown from the building without it bugging out?

Yes I do. This appears to be the same thing whenever throwing a nade with a squad. It is the unfortunate last guy in the formation which does it at the very max range. This time it appears to be the unfortunate guy with a wrong window slot and unable to change to a appropriate window slot.
