All I'm going to say is why ostwind when you can p4?

Ostwind does need a price decrease in manpower, pop and fuel. Maybe then it will be useful.

I feel the ostwind is pretty balanced, and has been for a long time. It has it's role of being AA, AI and can hurt LV's reasonably well. The beef that players present with Ost is that it sucks at taking hits, which I'm sure a comparison with other fuel units probably could be used to argue that it's somewhat expensive in fuel.

How effective is he as AA unit? I know wirble just shoots down almost any plane.
