Launcher Problem

Got the new launcher, it connects, comes up saying it needs 14 files to update.  It starts updating it and then it stops on the first file at 98%.  I let it sit there and then I get a Error Code 5 about the connection being reset by the host.

So could someone either point me to where I can manually download the files I need or how to solve this...never had this problem before in previous versions.  Thanks.
