And then after a month or two people will start playing this again because, you know... there is a reason most prefer this sort of gameplay over Vcoh.
I think there are other reasons as well, the COH expansions were failures and relic are so busy with COH2 that they stopped balance patches for COH1. I'm also sure that COH2 will improve upon the COH gameplay like EIR has. Base building will be limited and more refined with units arriving from outside of the map like reinforcements. Capturing sectors will function by standing inside the sector (to some extent). Off-maps will be limited or called in by on-map units like officers. Doctrines will be larger. Survey says there's probably going to be a little more than the standard multiplayer if the XP boost and Unit boost are to be believed in what they imply.
