What time zone would you prefer to run EiR in as their main time zone?

I'm GMT+1, like most Western Europeans (as GMT is only used for the British), but I guess GMT works best as everything else is compared to it and because it puts Britain in a central role.
It's afterall Europe in Ruins, so the "main" european timezone would be in order imho.

This is NOT official in any stance, it is merely a 'poll' of the public's interest to be used as valuable information for decisions.

*hits "edit poll" button* *evil laugh* Personally, I'm for GMT. Only because it's easiest to convert my timezone (+10 I think) from GMT than anything else. I r teh fail at mental arithmetic

Looks like EST is pretty popular too.
As for the mental calculations, don't go on those guys - there is really no need. We'll have a clock on the site and a personal conversion for whatever your timezone is anyway. So if you are GMT +1 and we decide to use EST the game time will look like this:
5pm EST (11pm GMT+1)

Don't get me wrong, I'm not greatly attached to GMT. It's pretty meaningless in the grand scheme of things

I think gmt would be better just add or subtract your time zone's value.
