[PE] Panzer II

I'm looking through the vet rework sheet and I can't find the buffs that the Panzer II gets at vet 4 and 5. Are there any vanilla tank buffs or is there specific buffs that it gets that just aren't listed?

P II would be getting the same type of buffs the hotchkiss receives.
