13 in my Buffalo F2A-3. So much better than the Beaufighter.
This was stock no upgrades. Not to mention beaufighter is a level 5 buffalo is what 1 ? |

I contantly get 4-10 kills with my russian team rank 5.
And most of those from the SU type and BB1 fighter / bombers.
I can kill / turn fight most other planes, WHILE being chased (and getting kills from tail gunner).
One game I got 16 kills, and was in a rank 2 BB1.... It was kinda sad to see.

They need to figure there stuff out honestly. B-17's where waaaaayyyy more survivable then they are in game. Then Tier 1 plans being better then everything besides jet's just doesn't seem right either. At least in Historic the game play is better but I still think things need to be improved. Still a fun game, just needs some work. It is a beta after all.

Ummm...parts of them yes...those wings and engines that liked to catch on fire, not so much. Bombers are much improved with the new gunners though, so nice. |

I think they kind of do. My figher/bombers tend to survive most collisions 50/50 with another normal or 'lighter' plane. |

How exactly do you get rammed by a biplane? Those things are significantly slower than any of the other planes in the game, so you should have no trouble just keeping clear of them. Unless you are flying straight into them, at which point you are equally responsible for the ramming, it takes 2 people to ram head on after all.
Biplanes CAN be a bitch to fight in dogfights though, because they are so damn manoeuvrable. Usually it's better to just Boom 'n Zoom.

So after much trial and error, I think the A-20G is the best plane for HB. Good speed, good payload, lots of guns, maneuverable and the gunners can be deadly.
Making a lot of money in this, probably 200k a day at this point.

Is that the 1MG, 1Cannon RUS plane? Ive found the same, but the LaGG needs good accuracy in the pilot. Also, head-ons should never be done imo. |
