Yes, it's been in for a very long time now unfortunately, it's something EIRRmod has to look at. I'll point him in this direction. That being said, we were considering giving light vehicles multiple repair kit uses by default, to increase their survivability in EIR's heavy AT environment. Any (ab)user of this bug will be able to testify to the fact that it's pretty fun to perform actual hit and run, repair, rinse repeat type strategies with LVs.
