Launcher fail.

Help! I down loaded the mod yesterday but when i run the autopatcher and click Launch it immediatly comes up with a notice saying "EIRRClient has stopped working; Windows is checking for a solution to the problem". That lasts for about five seconds and then it goes away and the game ceases to run further. No idea what to do.
