How many people play this mod exacly or is it very small.

I like the way how you've removed the spamyness of online play in this mod by the way.

I would say around 30 active players. Alot of people play both sides, so they have two or even more accounts. There are also probably a few lurkers who own accounts but only play one or two games a day. Welcome to the EIR community by the way.

I dare say it would be bigger, but...
1) Relic online sucks.
2) EiR is confusing for first-timers, and
3) This website is... a forum.

Well RHYS, here's a few tips for you:

Fear Lai
When you're new, don't 1v1 Apex, that's how he vets his account

Have fun!

Welcome to the mod!

#1 advice: Get on teamspeak (available here) even if you don't have a microphone, you can listen to people.  99% of games are arranged via teamspeak, so jump on and let people know you are new and someone should help walk you through company creation and gameplay.

Good luck!

You should have a Relic Online account if you have patched to the latest version, as you have to log in before even playing single player.

And, we always use the latest version of CoH.

TS address is: 64.34.165.20:8846

For relic online, if you are running the latest version of CoH or OF, you should already have to have an RO account.  But if you haven't patched or played online before, you will need to click on the multiplayer choice from the CoH main menu and create an account there.  I don't think there is anything particularly difficult about making an account.

From the standpoint of EiR, the most important thing is to make sure that you correctly enter your RO profile name.  Many newbies forget to capitalize.  The name you enter in the EiR registration has to exactly match the name you will be using on relic online.

Ok ill try getting this all working it a bit fiddly.

Any way one question for the moders is can you put medic station build ables in EIR because I find very annoyingly that the Germans had no kind of medic's in vanilla. And you have no medics what so ever in this mod ether it seems from the limited info iv got. can you put some in?.

It be good to have medic aid stations on both sides that treat the wounded on there side and then sends them off map back in your reserves to fight again in a latter time.

And I another grip I had with vanilla is the wounded only survive about 15 second before they die and despaired I think it be better if they survive considerably longer so the medic achuly have chance to get to them

And is it possible to make dead bodies stay....stay more permanent I want to play Omaha beach< Properly mind you I want to see blood gut ever where and such..

If you want to play at the moment you'll need the original coh, but if you want to play the OF factions in the future you'll need OF

I do believe that medic stations are now no longer in use in this mod. Really everything in the mod is vanilla, it's just going to be a campaign and persistent. Well, the buying of units and munitions usage is different, but. Yeah.

Germans can use Medikits, not as effective as Triage Centers, I know, but then again, the German infantry units are arguably better. But let's not turn this into a balance argument.

Realy every one sead german team infantry was not as good.hhhhmmm. i just choes the axis because thay have cooler tanks and better uniforms. and thay got crazy nade throwing abilities but there probubly not get them in EIR. And the axis does not have that anoying one liners like the american faction does make your ears bleed.

Yeah THTB, Unkn0wn plays Axis, he's a screamer. So is AMPM. And Skunker.

And I'm not one sided, hell, I've played Axis as much as I've played Allies.

lol.

I'm a lot less competetive and caring when I play allies.
I play both sides just as well btw, last war I even had more games on my allied account.
