Trying to recall a game

I feel like I remember reading some kind of game that was based off of Star Trek where there were 4 positions on a bridge of a ship and 4 different people are in charge of each station and require coordination to fly around, fight battles and such. Anyone know what its called or even know what I'm talking about?
