Hey Everyone!!!
The patch is finally arriving. For the next 24 hrs, things may get a little screwy in the launcher. Due to Time zones, we have Nikomas making SQL changes now, but Eirrmod will not be back on for about 8 hours to upload the patch. We can not do both at the same time.

Here's what's coming




PATCH NOTES


General

Officers:
- Move from a single-unit Officer to a Squad-based Officer setup which will have the following:

Commando Officer - 2x Enfield Commando guards, increase to 215 MP
Captain - 100hp down to 60hp, 2x Sapper guards, increase to 200 MP
Lieutenant -  100hp down to 65hp, 2x Tommy guards, increase to 205 MP
Defensive Officer - 140hp down to 85hp, 2x Elite Gren guards, increase to 230 MP
American Officer - Radioman (Unchanged), 1 Ranger Guard, increase to 230 MP

All guards have heroic crits but not heroic armour (Armour is to stay standard to whatever the unit is supposed to have)

WARMAP / WARCARDS
- Reward units gained through Warcards
- Warmap Resources redesigned


Launcher
- Fixed single deletion bug
- Fixed a bug which quit the player to login after selecting their doctrine during creation
- Fixed Pool Exploit Bug
- Increased company build availability to 12



American

Bottom Infantry T4:
- Removed Double Tap

Dual Infantry T3's:
- Moved BAR/SMG increase to T4
- Moved Sherman 1 second reload decrease and Sherman/TD aura to T3 before it

Calliope:
- Increased base damage of rockets by 25%
- Replaced main gun in Urban Survival Kits with Dual Rocket Racks (50% more rockets fired, 50% faster fire rate), all other buffs in USK to remain (Pending)

Sherman
- side sandbag model add-on added for sandbag upgrade
- skirt model add-on added for dozer upgrade
- turret stowage model add-on added for armor HE rounds t4
- Tank Smoke to cool-down at 240 second recharge

30.cal HMG:
- AP Rounds, Removed the UI pop up text

Slugger:
- Increased fuel cost from 260 > 300

Cuckoo:
- Pop 14 > 13

Chaffee:
- Accuracy Modifier vs. Inf from 0.4 > 0.75 
- Fuel cost from 90 > 100

M20:
- Sight 50 > 55
- Top 50cal. rotation increased to 100 (greyhound rate)

Marines: 
- MP Cost 270 > 300
- Smoke grenades removed (Can still be gained trough infantry doctrine)

M3 Lee:
- Cost set to 160
- Armour type set to Sherman
- Top gun changed to full greyhound stats

Super Pershing:
- Sight radius from 45 > 35
- Flank Speed replaced with Lockdown, Lockdown gives +10 sight and weapon +5 range.
- Stun effect removed from vet 3 AP shot.

M18 Hellcat:
- Reduced sight range from 46 to 35
- Ambush Lockdown now gives +11 sight.


Commonwealth


Stuart:
- Damage modifier vs vehicles/armour from 1.5 > 1.25 (Except Hummel)

AVRE:
- Remove vet cooldown timer bonuses.
- Decrease default cooldown timer from 120 seconds to 105
- Planned Engineer doctrine to be -15 seconds at T3 and a further -15 seconds at T4, making for a maximum total cooldown timer of 75 seconds

Tetrarch:
- Smoke moved from uses to cooldown (240s)

Staghound:
- Increased price of purchasable .50cal to 40 munitions

Comet:
- Fuel cost from 340 > 400

Achilles:
- Increased turret rotation speed to match Firefly
- Infantry auto-targetting Re-enabled

ANZAC:
- Squad increased from 4 > 5
- Increased MP cost from 215 to 240

M15A1 Halftrack:
- Increased Fuel cost from 110 > 140

Wehrmacht

- Blitzkrieg smoke canisters moved from uses to cooldown, 240s

Terror Fanaticism:

Defensive Doctrine:
- Fixed pre sighted MG/Mortar & camo equipment pak38 not capping territory
Defensive Officer:
- Enabled 30m aura (cool -15%/reload -10%) as part of Senior Officers T3

Geschutzwagon:
- Fast Fire now free

Pak38:
- Removed the EiRR-added 10% penetration buff vs the Sherman

Nebelwerfer Revision:
- Suppression from .1 > .15
- Suppression vs. suppressed targets from 0.25 > 0.5
- Cooldown from .5 > .25
- Wind-Up from .3 > 0
- Fire Angle changed from High > Low, Special Barrages remain high angle
- MU cost from 35 > 0
- FU cost from 100 > 140

Walking Stuka:
- Damage from 100-120 to a consistent 100
- Damage mod vs inf from 0.2 > 0.6
- Penetration mod vs inf from 1 > 5
- Damage mod vs vehicles/armour from 1 > 1.6
- Splash damage modifiers from 1/.75/.5 > 1/.75/.25
- Penetration at all ranges set to 1
- Splash accuracy at all ranges set to 1
- Garrison cover damage modifier from 1 > .5

King Tiger:
- Reduce repair kit time to 150 seconds.

SturmPzIV:
-Fuel cost from 240 > 220

Nashorn:
- Increased long range penetration from 0.5 > 0.7
- Increased health from 400 > 600

Elite Grenadiers:
- Removed base MU cost
- LMG Munition cost from 40 > 75

MAUS:
- Pop changed from 22 > 20
- Increased speed from 1.75 > 2.25
- Increased main weapon range from 45 > 50
- Increased secondary weapon range from 40 > 45
- Given a unique XL.HEAVY repair kit that repairs 2k health in 150 seconds, as opposed to the old X.HEAVY kit that was inadequate.


Panzer Elite

- Remove speed penalties in light and heavy cover

Wespe:
- Increased fuel cost from 180 > 200

Elefant:
- Increased accuracy vs infantry from 0.2 > 0.3
- Reduced health from 2000 > 1800
- Increased speed to 3.5 > 4

JagdTiger:
- Increased speed from 3 > 4

Panzer II:
- Increased gun damage from 30 > 40
- Increased moving accuracy from 0.5 > 0.75
- Increased penetration vs LV by the following:
Greyhound 0.25 > 0.3
Stuart 0.1 > 0.15
M3 HT 0.3 > 0.75
Universal Carrier 0.3 > 0.75

FlakPanzer IV:
- Reduced set-up time reduced to 2 seconds
- Increased long range accuracy from 0.3 > 0.5
- Increased damage from 25 > 30

I cant wait to see how the Warmap card systemworks!!! i am honestly happy that it goes with the content, which sounds great. Thanks that you took the time to do this for us.

a question:

1. its says AB dropp will be covered by a large screen of smoke. Is the area of smoked screen depends on how many units u landing or it will be allways the same?

Eirrmod is focusing all his attention on getting this patch implemented. As soon as it is in, and the bugs fixed, he will fix the steam issue.

There are many better ways to fix it, like a limit on defence points in each sector and greater rewards for attacking and taking a province, something like that would ensure that victory by taking all the enemy provinces is swift.

In the Luftwaffe draft it is said that evasive maneuvers excludes tank busters, yet there are no FJ tankbusters to be found in the entire draft, so since it says FJs only gain EM it cannot mean the normal TBs. Might wanna remove that then before it confuses anyone else

Liking the Neb and Stuka changes, wonder how they'll play out. The Neb in particular looks like a motherfuckign beast now.

P.S. Seems like the wirblewind will never be seen on the fields of EiRR again.
