Stalker is hard to watch, faded out 3 times, one of the movies id rather read the book.
Edit.: Also makes it easier to get the story, same goes for scanner darkly.
I mean mean im just reading Roadside Picnik(stalker) again and its great, yet the movie is lacking the part outside the zone.
But  then again u cant put 10 hours of reading into a movie, unless  ur Peter Jackson and baloon the hobbit up.
