But its the hardest skill shot ever. Imagine trying to hook as Pudge except you had a 30 second delay and the hook didn't have to go to where you clicked...

Pics or replay or it didn't happen, I've used bofors extensivly for a long time and never seen them pen anything higher then a lv frontally. Heck I've seen it bounce shots on the rear of a ist over and over. |

BattleBirds will confirm, vet1 brit bofors emplacement, from rear it will kill it fast

The Bofors has a 0.001 (0.1%) chance to penetrate a Jagdpanther at short range frontally.
19% chance from the rear.
This is multiplied by 0.38 at long range. (leaving about 7% chance to penetrate a jagdpanther at long range from the rear).
For StuG armour this is 10.83% from the front at short range, 54% from the back at short range.
Goes down to about 20% from the back at long range.
Damage is 25-35/shot, with a 5% deflection modifier (realistically 1.5 damage per bounce).
I wouldn't really think it's reliable at killing even a StuG from behind (unless it's short range for some obscure reason), let alone a Jagdpanther.

You sure you didn't mistake 4 17 pdrs with APDS for a bofors? I know they look similar.

Bofors can penetrate P4s on the rear armor. but the Bofors penetrating a Jagdpanther? ON THE FRONT? I'll believe that when pigs fly. |
