Corsix cant find MSVCP71.dll

wtf??? i just redid my PC and downloaded Corsix mod studio and it tells me it cant find MSVCP71.dll? Huh

You can extract the following zip into your Windows\System32 directory:
http://www.meggamusic.co.uk/winamp/msvcp71.zip

If by any chance it asks to overwrite, say no

guys.. hey.. im new here =).. recently been addicted to playing this game.. and im intrested in modding a few values in this games (more squad members, better accuracy and stuffs)..however, i try following almost all of the tutorial.. and couldn't get modstudio.exe to run.. i am using windows vista 64 bit ultimate.. btw i disabled the adminstrator thingy and erm and also added the msvcr71.dll and msvcp71.dll file to my modstudio directory, i checked my control panel (alt+tab), and i could see theres modstudio.exe running.. but theres nothing on my desktop.. could use a bit of help ^^
