Played Portugal, Spain and England so far.

Now few things brings me more joy than seeing France thoroughly fucked into the ground =). But holy moly are they difficult to beat in a land war, not only do they have metric fucktons of both units and manpower, they're also of a dangerously high quality with lethal commanders to lead them :S

Well the latter is because they have to fight and fight a LOT and thus building the military tradition... Maxed military tradition = rank 4-6 in everything more ofthen than not!

As someone who has played many games as France in EU over the years, and virtually none as England, Spain or Portugal, I can't approve driving France into the ground. Seeing England turn blue or yellow though...thats a good time for everyone.
