I kind of enjoyed the fact that even if you've been out played the whole game, you can still win with 4 riflemen sitting in the right sectors. Outcapping people who save their super heavies for last is always a good feeling!
Maybe it can be improved so that it's not dependent on the number of infantry but the strength of the infantry force in the sector. Pool values of the units can be used to determine said strength, or some other custom value.
I was referring more to having Lightning War + Blitzkreig. The t2 in the Lightning War tree allows units to cap twice as fast too. If you can move twice as fast and receive less incoming accuracy while moving.. Game over!
