1. Seeing as brens fire on the move bottom RE t4 isnt "possible".
Perhaps tie in a bren dmg buff or acc buff while near a churchill.

2. Give 17pdr 3-5 more range to compensate for the already slow movement and mediocre arc.

3. Also give the bofors emplacement  a slight range boost 2-4 meters seeing it is a rather obsolete unit in eir.

4. Churchill mk6 gets a slight acc buff 0.2-0.3 vs inf to atleast make it somewhat more of a choice vs cromwell.

5. Do something abouy that panzer 4/5 command tank.
at 10 pop you get a p4 gun panther armor. Maybe make it have  slower turret rotation, seeing as its terribly op.

6. Daa roo gets med crush and 6 pop garison that can fire out of. M8 armor and sherman hp would be fine as previously suggested.

Uhm, brens firing on the move is totally possible? It's kind of just a single toggle in the files afaik, not that I've touched it.

I think halftruck quad repair kit is a bit low in hp recovered for the unit. It is only getting around half the live. For 25MU should be much better or increase it to 30MU and then get all the life back. This should be easy to solve. Thx

It does work only thing is when i did it they seemed to shoot into the ground alot. as in you could barely see the bullets.

I never said it looked pretty, but if it rolls a hit, it rolls a hit

Well it is a 12Kg gun + 1Kg mag, so where else are they going to be able to shoot it while running? - I tried one of these bad boys out in Airsoft before; the only way you can run and aim (with a real one that has recoil) is if you have a two point strap, something which these silly pixel soldiers didn't think about.
Gurkha, look it up.

Realism has no hold here tig, if the animation for it means it will always roll misses its a cockup of a tier 4.

EIRR doesn't have Gurkha's though.

I know! Make Gurkha's a reward unit who have a better moving accuracy modifier than Tommies!

Or you could just make them commando Airdrops with no parachutes.

yeh my bad niko what I ment was,
How the hell is brens firing on the move a valid t4 when they have like 0.03 moving acc.

It would be like giving tommies thompsons that make more noise then dmg, oh wait....

Coding a doctrine is not a quick patch guys. Plus RE has bunches of buggy emplacements and garbage and you would cry if you personally had to mess with that code.

I highly doubt RE is going to be touched, unless Nikomas is feeling masochistic about it.

I've tried three times, no joke, it's a fucking nightmare... HAVE SOME SYPATHY PEOPLE!!!  Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry

For starters, making infantry lock down while still firing in a 360 degree arc is flat out impossible as far as I can tell, no, adapting the medic lockdown doesn't work. That's only one of the revisions that doctrine needs to... well, work...

We'll see, as I said before, MOTIVATE MEeeeeee!

Yeah, RE is a fucking train wreck. Sorry guys, I know you all want it, but the mechanics that are used, considering we take existing mechanics and exhaserbate them, they are too fucking hard to modify.

It's too ambitious, lets stick to stuff we can do.

Alright, dramatics aside it's not as grim as groundfire said, but it'll go trough some modifications before it's done, if it's done. It's personally the one I want to see finished the most to, just some things don't work that well.

Why not a new doctrine then?. just take out the stuff you can't do and post it back up and ask community input. 50% of airborne is made from community ideas.
