Imagine if you will...the lovechild of WW2 online, Red Orchestra 2 and War Thunder.

You'd take the MMO and scale from WW2OL, the ground combat from RO2 and air combat from War Thunder. Early on Heroes & Generals looked like it could become something like this and I tried to urge it in that direction, but that wasn't the path they picked. Just thinking about how this game isn't being made brings tears to my eyes Cry

Demon posession is real and it's not funny, it's the creepiest thing you will ever experience.

I would also like to add I watch fox news everyday all day and will continue to watch it while being proud of that fact. I'm sure you enjoy your communist news network just as much.

its all opinion

but lol RO2 is so very bad!

Bad company 2 is prolly the best FPS because it has really good shooting, dont die so fast like bf3 n 4 and the publics are superfun for a long time especially with friends on vent. Whereas cod1 and 2 was good shooter but public gets boring fast, u need to play clanwars to get max fun which is awsm tho. But just regular public play with friends bc2 is the best imo.

And I never played BF2.

BC 2 was the start of the downfall of the BF series.

BF 2 was the best hands down

Closest to what you can get is ArmA series and BF2 with Project Reality on it. Aside of that, nuh gonna happen. I would love to see Frost Bite 2 engine powered Project Reality game, but alas, we won't see that. Ever.

If only the CR devs would make a new version of ww2ol... I don't understand why they aren't when its such an obviously genius idea!

While BF 2 was quite gud, it was no where as near good as BF1942

What I would give to have a HD verison of 42

Definitely need a new and proper next gen WW2 MP FPS game. BF1942 remains unrivaled in terms of gameplay imo. If only theyd let people mod Bf3 or 4. Mods were the best thing that came out of the BF franchise really. (Desert Combat, FH, Project Reality, ...)

Also, I do believe there is a project reality 2 coming, standalone Smiley

Red Orchestra 2 has too small maps and too many automatic weapons. Battlefield has larger maps but is too disorganized, no teamwork on any larger scale, only run and gun shot em up. WW2 online never had nearly enough players to make it interesting and the game is 12 years old.

Your best bet for a realistic ww2 shooter would be Invasion 1944 mod for ArmA 2 or possibly the stand alone Iron Front Liberation 1944. But I don't think the stand alone has as many players.

Clan play looks like fun, watch especially when they get blown apart by mortars and when they assault the town

Sharks are not monsters Henley, they are cute, cuddly and misunderstood. They love humans. sometimes they love TOO much. They love people so much that sometimes their kisses separate people into two flailing pieces which are consumed by other sharks in a frenzy of peace and joy.
