I am a bit insecure when the technical testing starts, cause i move to taiwan on thursday but i guess it will be the 13.

I did not know this, I read this forum not really.
But he is as far as I know German and so is his stay in Taiwan determined only temporary.

If he never comes back to Germany of course would a bullying-forum like eir not be a problem from German point of view
but it is possible preliminary injunction of German law enforce in foreign countries.

yes its true i am for 2 more months in taiwan. Considering the issue that bear raised: i think it only applies if the server is located in germany.

i am today at 12 o'clock german time on vent, for those who want more detailed information about the progress and design.
