Are you joking? There's tons. Two word sentences are full sentences. "Run" is the shortest English sentence. The "you" is implied when the verb is present and the noun is absent. "We pee." is a full english sentence that ryhmes. So is "It's Ritz" or "They pay Ray."
For length, how about, "They may pay Ray bay clay today, Jay."
