u guys might wanna look into the stats concerning capping territory on scottish infantry.

i had 1-2 squads sitting in empty territory and not capping it on several occasion now, as can be seen in the replays i linked to in the r019 replay thread.

scout car mp cost is 249, not 240.

seems like someone had a typo, shouldnt require patch to fix from what i know.
