I think they are bugged, if i had just a single squad with 2 repair kits he would have both but if i bought 2 squads both with 2 i would only get 1 on each if they were on the same callin, only played 1 game so havent really confirmed it but if anyone has the same problem?

easy fix if i had known it before hand before spending 800 munitions on 4 repair squads and having only 240 of those be usefull.
