Tachibana was bugging me to use the tank and it's pretty interesting.  Very interesting gun (looking at the corsix stats). It's basically a P4 gun in terms of pen,accuracy, damage values but has a smaller splash similar to what you see in splash reduction with an upgun Sherman.  Pricing wise and pop wise similar to an Ostwind but better armor/less health.  

Main negative feedback is that it's awfully slow.  Did you make it slower than a Tiger for historical reasons because right now it's the 3rd slowest tank in the game (Church and King Tiger are slower).  It's .05 speed faster than a Churchill at 3.8 speed vs 3.75.  Tigers are 4 speed and most medium tanks are 5 speed for reference.  

It maneuvers like a brick currently with it's slight better than P4/Ost acceleration and super slow speed.  Might I suggest a slight speed increase?

It should not be both vulnerable to TDS, and handheld. The p4 is very weak vs tank destroyers, but good vs handheld. What armor does it have now? P4 armor without skirts?

Look liked hellcat would blow it up in 3 hits ingame

It's P4 unskirted armor on the PIII and slightly better acceleration but pretty much just as sluggish as the Ost and P4.  It only has 380 health so yea it's close to being 3 shotted by a Hellcat.
