R034: "No Exceptions"

R034 has been greatly simplified this time. Simply download the file and extract it into your root CoH folder. As a "just in case" measure, it contains all of the maps and the new module file that were included in R032.

This is a full patch and doesn't require any previous Ghetto files in order to function.

There is a caveat to this "ghetto" method of patching--every time you run the updater (assuming you've put the R033 files into your folders), it will see that the files in your folder don't match the ones on the server, and will request you update your files. Running the updater will begin downloading the R031 files and for many users this takes an extremely long time to complete.

There is a simple solution, however. Don't run your updater. Run just the launcher directly, and so long as everyone is using the files included in the folder, you should be able to play R033 just fine, just as if it was uploaded properly. If you are unaware, run the .exe within your EiRRLauncher folder (in order to skip the updating process), NOT the AutoUpdater.exe in your root CoH folder (as, obviously, that's the updater).

1 - In-game UI
   Description for Panzer Lehr (WM Armor) added.

American
Non-doctrinal:
1 - 76 mm up-gun
   Priced out (9999 FU).

2 - M3 GMC
   Pop cost (in launcher) reduced from 8 to 6.
   In-game cost had been lowered with the release of R031.
   Explosion effect upon vehicle destruction added.

3 - M4 Croc
   Vet3 flamethrower vet reverted (see R033 patchnotes).
   Croc vet to be addressed (taking into account the Pour it on 'em flamer) at a later date.

3 - M4A3(76)W
   Added to all US companies. Comes with an up-gun by default; new visual model.

4 - M10
   Stats reverted to pre-R031, incl. main gun.
   Pop increased from 9 to 10.
   New upgrade ("Enhanced Optics") added; essentially an "up-gun" which lowers the M10's speed and gives it the long-ranged cannon.
      Stats: -2 m/s speed (from 7.2 m/s to 5.2 m/s), new gun (+7.5 dmg., +10 m range, +0.8 s reload, 1.2 reload modifier at long range).
   Visual indicator: sandbags on the front of the M10.
   Price decreased from 350 MP, 220 FU to 300 MP, 220 FU (pre-R031 price).
   Upgrade priced at 50 MP, 30 FU.

5 - M18
   Price increased from 300 MP, 200 FU to 350 MP, 300 FU.

Doctrinal:
US Inf:
1 - M4A1 DD
   Health increased from 510 to 636.
   1.1 rec. pen. modifier removed.
   Speed increased from 5 m/s to 5.2 m/s.
   Pop increased from 10 to 12.
   Crab upgrade added.
   Renamed to M4A1 "Sherman".

   This turns it into a default Sherman with a new hat.

2 - M4 Sherman (default model)
   Removed from the US Inf roster.

3 - Field-expedient Rhino
   Purchaseable on the M4A1 if the Recon Company lower unlock is chosen.
   Reduces tank speed from 5.2 m/s to 3.85 m/s.
   Heavy crush enabled (passive).
   Grants Pershing armor.
   Cost set at 105 MP, 80 FU.

US Mob:
1 - Glider Riflemen
   Removed from the "Airborne Infantry" lower unlock.
   Added to the Disruption unlock.
   Squad size increased from 5 to 6.
   Pop increased from 5 to 6.
   Cost increased from 160 MP to 210 MP.

2 - Hard & Fast
   M1919A6 changed: burst duration while moving reduced from 2 to 1.
   Functions properly on proper AB squads.

US Arm:
1 - Calliope
   New rocket visual model.

2 - Mechanized Support
   Price on M3A1 HT increased from 15 MP to 20 MP.
   Price on M8 decreased from 25 MP to 20 MP.

Bugfix:
1 - AB HMG
   Missing weapon file added (this caused the HMG entity to be unarmed!).


Commonwealth
Non-doctrinal:
1 - Officer bodyguards
   Now have officers' passive self-heal (0.4 HP/s).
   Captain bodyguards' HP increased from 60 HP to 65 HP.

2 - Sappers
   Animator properly changed (visual only).

Doctrinal:
CW Armor:
1 - Black Prince
   Experimental cannon acc. (cumulative) vs. infantry matched to that of other medium tanks (P4, Panther, etc.).
   Experimental cannon dmg. reduced from 137.5 to 100 (effectively +1 shell needed to kill a P4 or Panther) as a tradeoff.

2 - Fragmentation Rounds
   Added to the 95 mm Cromwell.

Bugfix:
1 - Tallboy
   Now properly grants uses of the Tallboy ability.


Wehrmacht
Non-doctrinal
1 - KCH
   Now have officers' passive self-heal (0.4 HP/s).

Doctrinal:
WM Inf:
1 - Flak 88
   New model for the crewmembers (LW infantry).

WM Arm:
1 - StuG Abteilung
   Cost on the StuG reduced from 100 FU to 75 FU.

Bugfix:
1 - Grenadiere (for WM Mob and Arm)
   Missing ebps' added.


Panzer Elite
Non-doctrinal:
1 - Armed IHT
   Doctrinal abilities (across the board) finally enabled.

Doctrinal:
PE Inf:
1 - Assault Training
   Price on Assgrens decreased from 50 MU to 30 MU.

2 - Fast Patch
   Body requirement reduced from 8 to 6.

3 - Point Support
   Price on the MHT increased from 25 MP to 30 MP.
   Price on the P4 IST decreased from 40 MP to 30 MP.

4 - Stalingrad Vets
   Upgrade finally added to AGs and TBs in the launcher (this had previously been neglected).
   New icon while active (red up-arrow).
   Cost increased from 10 MP to 15 MP.

5 - Storm Tactics
   Price on the Muni HT reduced from 215 MP to 200 MP.

6 - Survivalists
   Added to Assgrens and TBs.
   Cost increased from 10 MP to 20 MP.

PE Mob:
1 - F.G.42
   Now grants a 'select fire' ability.
      Toggles between the default F.G. and a new semi-automatic version.
      Semi-auto F.G. based on the G.43; dmg. increased from 12 to 15.

2 - Scout Training
   No longer lowers the sight range of cloaked Kettens/Schwimms.
   Detection range (range at which they are revealed) increased to [ ] (increase to something like 10-15 m)

PE Arm:
1 - Stummel
   Pop cost (in launcher) reduced from 8 to 6.
   In-game cost had been lowered with the release of R031.
