R040 Hotfix

1 - Artywagen
   Target type changed from Marder III armor to Puma armor.
   Now has phase armor.

2 - Geschutzwagen
   Acc. vs. inf. reduced from 0.65 to 0.05.
   Target type changed from Marder III armor to Puma armor.
   Now has phase armor.

3 - M3 GMC
   Range reduced from 55 m to 47.5 m.

4 - M5 ATG
   Cloak removed.
