Depends how long it has been. I've measured that it takes around one week to get rid of one hour worth of pure evil that has been injected through your computer screen while WoW is running.

shit that means that in the time from 1.7 to now while i was waiting for 2.0 i have to go roughly a year without wow to get rid of the evil...is it possible? i think not!
