Can't be a Universe in Ruins because Sins of a Solar Empire has no true modding capabilities other than attribute editting. There is no scripting language.

There is no "script engine" but you can make maps with specialized conditions. It's unfortunate, I know, but that's life. That's what I read on their forums... |
